Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), TradingView username.
• Orders: product, tier, price, chosen cryptocurrency, deposit address, your submitted transaction hash, and order status.
• Technical: IP address and approximate timestamps for security and rate-limiting.

We do not collect or store credit-card numbers, bank details, private keys, or wallet seed phrases. Payments are made on public blockchains.

How we use it

• To create your account and grant indicator access on TradingView.
• To verify payments on-chain and process orders.
• To send transactional email (order confirmation, access granted, password reset, renewal reminders).
• To secure the Service (rate-limiting, fraud and abuse prevention).

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we share with

• TradingView — your TradingView username, to grant/revoke indicator access.
• Resend — your email address, to deliver transactional email.
• Public blockchains / explorers (e.g. BlockCypher) — transaction hashes you submit, to verify payment. Blockchain data is inherently public.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF cookie to protect form submissions. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion (subject to records we must retain).

Your rights

Security

Passwords are hashed; TradingView credentials we hold are encrypted; the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
