Digital goods, paid in crypto

Our indicators are digital products delivered instantly by granting access on your TradingView account. Payments are made in cryptocurrency, which is irreversible. Because of this, our default policy is:

When we will make it right

Regardless of the option above, we will re-grant access or issue a refund if:

If access failed because of an incorrect TradingView username, contact support — we will grant to the corrected username at no extra charge (this is not grounds for a refund).

Overpayments & wrong-network sends

If you overpay, contact support and we will credit or refund the overage at our discretion. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network — cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to an address you provide, valued at the time the refund is issued. Network/transaction fees may be deducted. We do not refund to credit cards or bank accounts.

How to request

Email support@takedatrades.com with your order number (TK-XXXXXX-XXXX) and the reason. We aim to respond within [CONFIRM: e.g. 2 business days].

Fraud & abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, sharing/reselling of access, or other breach of our Terms of Service.
