These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of takedatrades.com and the indicators sold through it (the "Service"), operated by [CONFIRM: legal entity name] ("we", "us", "TAKEDA TRADES"). By using the Service or purchasing an indicator, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency use.
An account is created for you at checkout using your email and TradingView username. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information; an incorrect TradingView username may prevent us from granting access.
On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased indicator on your own TradingView account for the tier you selected (monthly, annual, or lifetime). You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or republish the indicator or its Pine Script, or grant access to any other TradingView account. Violation results in immediate revocation without refund.
Prices are shown in USD and paid in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, or XRP) to the address shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network; we are not liable for funds sent incorrectly. Access is granted after the payment is confirmed (automatically for BTC; after admin review for other chains).
Access is delivered by granting your TradingView username permission to the indicator's invite-only Pine Script. Delivery depends on TradingView, a third party we do not control. Monthly and annual access expire at the end of the paid term; lifetime access continues for the operational life of the indicator.
All indicators, Pine Script, branding, and site content are owned by TAKEDA TRADES and protected by law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license in Section 3.
The indicators are tools, not financial advice — see our Risk Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAKEDA TRADES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the indicator giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [CONFIRM: governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
